Commission turnaround time can be up to 4 weeks depending on revisions and complexity. This does not encompass life events, but while I reserve the right to maintain my privacy I will give an update if this timing will be affected due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds are not available for commissioned work unless: The deadline passes and I have not kept you informed on any potential delays, or external circumstances affect my ability to complete the work- in which case I will let you know.

I currently only take ko-fi, and payment for work is expected to be given up front if the cost of the piece is >50 USD.

Values above may opt to a payment plan to pay half up front and half at completion of the work. These rates are for personal use only and do not include any sort of commercial fees. Rates for any work commissioned with the intent to use commercially are subject to contracted terms and higher rates.

If a commissioner agrees to any payment plan and does not follow through with payment at the time of completion, final work will not be delivered until amount is settled, and any update work/previews are forfeit in this case as well.

In regard to revisions: up to 3 complete revisions will be allowed in the sketching phase, along with a reasonable number of smaller adjustments. If the requests for revision exceed this additional fees may be discussed.

Commissioner should have a fair understanding of what they want from the piece, including multiple references and active communication with myself. References should be provided up front when consulting about commissions for scope of project and to assure that I can fulfill the expectation.

Works may be kept private at the request of the commissioner, but unless otherwise stated are able to be used in my portfolio at my discretion.

It is PROHIBITED to use any of my works, commissioned or otherwise, to be redistributed for profit without adequate commercial agreement, or to claim them as your own, trace them, or repost them with any sort of removal of watermark. Credit should be given when posted on social media, though the commissioner is allowed to post the art freely so long as credit is given. The same permissions are extended to those receiving commissioned art as gifts.

Third party reposts are not allowed without permission from artist and commissioner, and must be credited as requested by both parties.

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Completed work will be distributed though discord or email. It is the commissioner's responsibility to keep up with the commissioned piece once both parties confirm it has been sent and received. I cannot assure that I will still have a file after delivery, and no replacement works will be given.
